Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves minced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

3 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Add chicken chunks and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

3. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
