Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 egg
2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
4 cups marinara sauce
10 black olive slices (for ghost eyes)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, 1.5 cups mozzarella, Parmesan, and spinach until smooth.
3. Spread a layer of marinara in a baking dish. Layer noodles, ricotta mix, sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and finish with sauce.
