2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Juice of ½ lemon

For the sweet potato fries:

2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the tzatziki:

1 cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp chopped dill or mint

Salt to taste

Bowl assembly:

2 cups fresh greens

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions
