Juice of ½ lemon

2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp chopped dill or mint
Salt to taste

Instructions
