Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce

1/4 cup dill pickle slices

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon sweet relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, and vinegar to make the sauce. Chill.

2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain fat.

3. Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds in the microwave.

4. Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla.

5. Add beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onion.

6. Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly.

7. Toast seam-side down in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

8. Serve hot or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Use burrito-size tortillas for easier folding and better crisping.
