Ingredients
2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
2 yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice the red and yellow bell peppers and red onion into thin strips.
