Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

12 slices salami

12 slices pepperoni

8 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese

1 cup fresh spinach

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup Italian dressing or cream cheese spread


Instructions

1. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of Italian dressing or cream cheese across the surface.

2. Layer salami and pepperoni slices evenly, slightly overlapping.

3. Add cheese slices, then top with fresh spinach leaves and a sprinkle of chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
