Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp crispy bacon bits
1 jalapeño, finely diced (for filling)
1 jalapeño, sliced (for garnish)
2 tbsp toasted breadcrumbs (optional, for crunch)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and let cool before peeling.
- Prepare the Filling: Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Mash them in a bowl with cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
