Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
