Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

3/4 cup water

1/3 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

Optional: 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Optional: 1/2 cup chopped onion or bell pepper

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a loaf pan with parchment.
