Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
18 to 20 graham crackers
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers for topping
Instructions
1. Chill a mixing bowl for a few minutes, then pour in the heavy cream and beat until soft peaks form.
2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, then beat gently until the mixture is smooth, fluffy, and fully combined.
3. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
4. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers over the cream, breaking them as needed to fit the dish.
5. Spread more cream mixture over the graham crackers.
6. Add a layer of thinly sliced mangoes over the cream.
7. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mangoes until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream and a final layer of mangoes on top.
8. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top for garnish.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully chilled and set.
10. Slice and serve cold.
