Ingredients
3 cups corn (grilled or charred)
0.5 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
0.25 cup mayonnaise
0.25 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon chili powder or Tajín
0.25 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
