Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
¼ cup water
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips, lightly crushed
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
1 Roma tomato, diced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
