Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 cups packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

3/4 cup mint baking chips or chopped mint chocolates

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mint chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely in the pan before slicing.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
