Ingredients
24 Mint Oreo cookies
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz green candy melts (or white chocolate with green food coloring)
1 tbsp crushed Oreo crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
1. Place the Mint Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Reserve 1 tablespoon for topping.
2. Combine the remaining crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully mixed and dough-like.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Freeze the balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
5. Melt the green candy melts or white chocolate with food coloring.
6. Dip each truffle in the melted coating and place them back on the sheet.
7. Sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs while the coating is still wet.
8. Let the coating set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
If using white chocolate, add the food coloring before melting for an even tone.
