Instructions

5. Place dough on parchment paper, cover, and let rise for 30 to 60 minutes while preheating oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside.

6. Carefully transfer dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.

7. Remove lid and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crusty.

8. Cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
