4 cups frozen green peas, thawed and drained
½ cup diced red onion
¾ cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Thaw peas in a colander at room temp or run under cold water. Drain well.
