Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

12 ounces linguine pasta

0.5 cup bacon bits

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Rub Cajun seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and slice.

3. Lower heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

5. Slowly add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.

6. Add linguine to the sauce. Simmer uncovered 10–12 minutes, stirring often.

7. Stir in bacon bits and sliced chicken. Let cook together for 2–3 minutes.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for smoother melting and creamier sauce.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste—add more for extra heat or less for a milder version.
