Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 oz linguine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pot, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.

5. Add linguine and stir frequently as it cooks for 10–12 minutes.

6. Slice the cooked chicken into strips.

7. Stir parmesan cheese into the sauce.

8. Return chicken to the pot, toss everything together, and cook 1–2 minutes more.

Notes

To adjust spice level, start with less chili flakes and add more to taste.

Add a splash of chicken broth or cream when reheating leftovers to maintain creaminess.
