Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
3 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the potatoes, pressing gently to help it adhere.
- Place the potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
