Ingredients

1 box fudge brownie mix

2 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cups mini peanut butter cups, halved

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/3 cup chocolate chips or chocolate sauce, melted

1/4 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare brownie mix in a large bowl using eggs, oil, and milk. Stir until well combined.

3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

4. Sprinkle half of the mini peanut butter cups over the batter.

5. Drizzle spoonfuls of caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.

6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.

7. Remove from oven and while still warm, drizzle with melted chocolate.

8. Top with remaining peanut butter cups and crushed cookies.

9. Serve warm or let cool completely before slicing.

10. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat for gooey perfection.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute milk with brewed coffee when mixing the brownie batter.

To prevent sinking, lightly press peanut butter cups into the batter before baking.
