Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can crushed pineapple in juice (20 oz)

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a medium-sized baking dish.

2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice, then add flour and salt. Mix until just combined.
