1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained) or pineapple chunks for topping
1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Graham cracker crumbs or biscuit base (optional)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Optional: Prepare a graham cracker crust by mixing 1 1/2 cups crushed crackers with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into an 8×8″ pan and chill.
