Ingredients

6 large flour tortillas

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24 slices pepperoni

¾ cup pizza sauce or marinara

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface and spread 2–3 tablespoons of sauce on each.

3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then layer with 4 slices of pepperoni.

4. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning on top of the fillings.

5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly like a burrito.

6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan and extra herbs.

8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and crisp.

9. Serve hot with marinara or dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace pepperoni with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers.
