Ingredients

113g unsalted butter (softened)

100g granulated sugar

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

180g all-purpose flour

170g cream cheese (softened)

60g powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)

120g pumpkin butter


Instructions

1. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.

3. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.

4. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

5. Roll the dough into balls and make a well in the center of each.

6. Fill each well with cheesecake mixture, then swirl in pumpkin butter.
