Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 ½ tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

12 ounces linguine pasta

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Slice chicken breasts into chunks and toss with Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

6. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and sauce thickens.

7. Toss in cooked linguine and reserved pasta water as needed.

8. Fold in cooked chicken, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.

9. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For added depth, deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine before adding cream.

Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-shredded varieties for the silkiest sauce.
