Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
1 cup chopped shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 cup lump crab meat
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Lay flat to cool.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic.
3. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Remove from heat.
4. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Spread seafood filling evenly on each noodle. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
6. Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
7. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Garnish with more parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overcook the lasagna noodles or they’ll tear when rolling.
Use fresh parsley just before serving for extra brightness.
