1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef; cook until fragrant.
