Ingredients
2 cups sweet sticky rice (sushi rice), cooked and cooled
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 large marshmallows or 1 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate sauce (melted)
1 sheet nori (optional)
Plastic wrap for rolling
Instructions
- Cook sticky rice and stir in sugar and vanilla while warm. Let cool.
- Lay plastic wrap on surface (and nori on top if using).
- Press rice evenly into a rectangle.
- Add marshmallows or fluff in a line along one edge.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over rice.
- Roll up tightly using the plastic wrap.
- Slice into pieces with a wet knife.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and add extra crumbs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
