1 tablespoon olive oil

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

3 cups fresh spinach

3/4 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and bubbling. Season if needed.
