Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Cajun seasoning.
2. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
