Ingredients
1.5 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil (for potatoes)
1/2 teaspoon salt (for potatoes)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (for potatoes)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dill. Roast 25–30 minutes until crispy.
4. For dill feta cream, mash feta, mix with sour cream or yogurt, dill, and red pepper flakes if using. Chill until needed.
5. Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat, 5–7 minutes per side, until cooked through and charred.
6. Serve chicken with a dollop of dill feta cream and a side of crispy potatoes. Sprinkle extra dill if desired.
