Ingredients

For the Dough:

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 1/4 tsp instant yeast

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup warm milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

For the Filling:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

For the Vanilla Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix in warm milk, melted butter, and eggs until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for 6–8 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled.
  3. Roll dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar, and layer strawberries.
  4. Roll tightly from the long edge. Slice into 12 rolls and place in a greased dish. Let rise 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  6. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
