Great as a quick breakfast treat, easy dinner dessert, or a fun healthy snack with a fruit-forward twist.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 can (21 ounces) strawberry pie filling

1 cup fresh strawberries, halved (optional)

Instructions

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until evenly coated.

2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill for 20 minutes.

3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.

4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

5. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy and fully incorporated.

6. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

7. Spoon strawberry pie filling over the top and gently spread.

8. Add halved fresh strawberries on top for garnish (optional).

9. Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

10. Slice and enjoy cold!

Notes

For best texture, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight before slicing.

Use full-fat cream cheese for a creamier, more stable filling.
