1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch coins and sear in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, boil water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and return pasta to the skillet.
3. Add cream cheese and milk. Stir over low heat until smooth and creamy.
4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Add cooked kielbasa, corn, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined and heated through.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use spicy kielbasa if you want extra heat.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to loosen the creamy sauce.
