Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat them dry thoroughly. Remove loose skins for extra crispness.
3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt in a bowl until evenly coated.
4. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Notes
