Ingredients
Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef (or pork/chicken)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 large egg
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Korean BBQ Glaze:
1/4 cup gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated garlic
Spicy Mayo Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
Garnish:
Toasted sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Form into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove meatballs and toss in the warm glaze.
- In a small bowl, mix all spicy mayo dip ingredients. Chill until serving.
- Plate meatballs, drizzle with glaze, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
