Ingredients

3 to 4 large sweet onions (such as Vidalia), sliced into thick rounds

1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder

1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder

1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
