Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 pound ground pork

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 egg

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

2 tablespoons gochujang

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, egg, panko, and green onions.

2. Form into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

4. In a saucepan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a splash of water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

5. Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze until coated.

6. In a bowl, mix mayo and sriracha to make the dip.
