Ingredients

2 pounds ground turkey (dark and white meat blend preferred)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

2 large eggs

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/2 cup ketchup (divided)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turkey, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and half the ketchup. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet or press into the loaf pan.
  5. Mix remaining ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread evenly over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
