1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked white rice

1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add diced onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook 4–5 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, and beef broth.
4. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8–10 minutes uncovered.
5. Stir in cooked rice and combine thoroughly. Heat through for another 2–3 minutes.
