1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
1 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
