Ingredients

1 lb lump crab meat (drained and shells removed)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)

1 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, Old Bay, garlic powder, pepper, and green onions. Stir to combine.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat and shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs/crackers with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle the buttery topping evenly over the casserole.
