Ingredients

2 pounds crab legs

1.5 pounds jumbo shrimp (shell-on)

4 ears corn, cut into thirds

1.5 pounds baby potatoes

14 ounces smoked sausage, sliced

1 cup unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon hot sauce

1 lemon, sliced

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Fill a large stockpot with water and add Old Bay seasoning. Add baby potatoes and boil for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.

2. Add corn and sausage to the pot and boil for another 5-7 minutes.

3. Stir in the crab legs and shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and crab is heated.

4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Simmer until fragrant.

5. Drain the seafood boil and place it on a large platter.

6. Drizzle everything with garlic butter sauce. Top with parsley and extra seasoning if desired.

Notes

Be sure to not overcook the shrimp—they cook very fast and become rubbery if left too long.

You can make the garlic butter ahead of time and warm it just before serving.
