Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 small onion, diced
1 cup tomato sauce
4 cups corn chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onions over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half the corn chips to create a crunchy base.
4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the chips.
