Ingredients
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Optional: red pepper flakes or diced tomatoes for added flavor
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
