Ingredients

1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch) or 1 homemade pizza dough

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 packet taco seasoning mix

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup taco sauce or enchilada sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Optional toppings: sour cream, sliced olives, green onions, avocado chunks


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Place pizza crust on a pan and spread taco sauce evenly.
  5. Add seasoned beef on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the beef.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  8. Remove from oven. Top with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
  9. Add optional toppings if desired. Slice and serve hot.
