Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapenos, green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
