Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions (and peppers, if using) until softened and caramelized.
- Add sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix with onions.
