  • 16 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil; set aside.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with Cajun seasoning and sear until browned; remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Lower the heat, then add heavy cream, Velveeta cubes, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • Return beef to the skillet and add the linguine. Toss to fully coat in the creamy Cajun sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

1. For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or extra Cajun seasoning to the sauce.
