- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with Cajun seasoning for 6–8 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, whisking until smooth and creamy. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Return the ground beef to the skillet, add the pasta, and toss with Parmesan until evenly coated. Use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
