  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat steaks dry and season all sides with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil, sear steaks for 3–5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and rest.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Spoon over resting steaks.
  • Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine cream, butter, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss tortellini with Alfredo sauce. Slice steak, serve with pasta, garnish with parsley and garlic butter.

Use fresh, high-quality Cajun seasoning for maximum flavor.
Let the steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
